Meet Transformation Coach Tramisha Wilson, B.Th.

Beauty Mark1 LLC is a faith-based coaching, pastoral counseling, and consulting practice led by Tramisha Wilson, B.Th. — known to many simply as Transformation Coach Tramisha. For more than twenty years she has sat with women in seasons of becoming, and with the families and organizations that surround them.

The work began the way most honest work does: out of necessity. A small group of women asked for somewhere to bring the parts of themselves they had not yet found language for. What started as a circle around a kitchen table became a practice, and the practice became a way of seeing.

Today the work runs along several quiet pillars — coaching, pastoral counseling, mentoring, consulting, empowerment speaking, and panel work — and one shared conviction: that becoming whole is not a private project. It is something a person, a family, and a community do together, slowly, in good company and in faith.

Alongside the practice she built Beauty Within You Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit extending the same care to women and girls who could not otherwise afford a private room of their own. Every engagement at Beauty Mark1 LLC helps fund a free seat at the nonprofit.
